Leadership

FUN TO LEAD, designed for children, youth, adults, executives and business leaders, brings a unique, multi-disciplinary approach to leadership training, incorporating general principals of dispute resolution combined with kinesthetic exercises derived from the martial art Aikido.

FUN TO LEAD is designed to enhance communication, generate self-confidence, promote respect and provide a platform upon which responsible actions lead to positive solutions. Initially introduced in workshop format for the Western States Youth Network and the Southern California Mediation Association Adult and Peer Mediation Conferences, FUN TO LEAD garners enthusiastic support from workshop participants.
